The data controller is MMO International LLC (Dubai, United Arab Emirates), trading as House & Heirs. Contact: hello@houseandheirs.com. Your data is stored on servers in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, and UK GDPR applies to everything we do with it.

We collect as little as we can, keep it only to do what you asked, and never sell it.

What we collect

• The answers you give in the check: rough home value, who lives there, savings and pension bands, age, and which documents exist. The check works without any name or email; those are only asked if you want the report.
• Your email, and your name and phone if you give them, to send the report or arrange a call.
• Which firm’s page you used, if you came through a partner firm, so they can follow up as you asked.
• Basic usage figures so we can see which pages help.

Health information

The check asks what kind of care is most likely. That can say something about health, so we ask for your explicit consent when you request the report, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing hello@houseandheirs.com.

Who sees it

Us, our hosting and email providers acting on our instructions, and any firm you ask us to introduce you to or whose page you used. Nobody else.

Your rights

Ask for a copy, a correction or deletion at any time by emailing hello@houseandheirs.com. We reply within five working days. We keep report data for two years unless you ask sooner. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office; the registration number will be published here.

Cookies

We use no advertising cookies. The check saves your progress in your own browser so you can come back to it; nothing is sent to us until you ask for the report.
